Stay Fit Forever has now added CNS Vital Signs ( www.CNSVS.com ) neurocogntive testing to the annual Executive Health Evaluation. By establishing your age matched baseline we will be able to assess any future mild cognitive impairment or improvement after implementation of the Stay Fit Forever program.

Annual Executive Health Evaluations are usually performed on Wednesday mornings and Saturday morning by appointment only.

I have arranged for discounted bone density Dexa scans with lean muscle assessment with Cenegenics Beverly Hills for $150 with MD interpretation by Dr. Roman Lals or myself. Dexa scan is now the new “gold standard” for measuring percent body fat, BMI, lean muscle mass and basal metabolic caloric requirements.
